About You

- Have 1+ year of veterinary clinic experience (CSR or similar role preferred)
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and team members
- Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Manage phones, emails, and scheduling with confidence
- Educate pet owners and communicate clearly about care
- Maintain a clean, inviting lobby (we take pride in the experience!)
- Support team members across departments
- Assist with lifting (up to 40 lbs) and general clinic needs
Training & Growth:
