Courtnee grew up in Brock, Texas, with her four siblings and her parents. She has always had a love of animals, especially growing up with so many in the house. She always wanted every animal to be her friend and always seemed to have wild animals trust her.

Mickie C.

Mickie was born and raised in Belton, Texas. She moved away after graduating from Mclennan Community College.

Emilee C.

Emilee grew up and still lives in Stephenville, Texas with her sister, parents, aunt, 2 nephews, and grandparents. She came to the practice in October 2018 as a kennel technician and quickly moved into the role of a room technician within a matter of months.

Anaguadalupe, known as Ana, embarked on her journey as a veterinary professional fueled by a profound commitment to animal welfare. Her passion was ignited by a poignant event during her early days in veterinary school when her childhood dog fell ill due to clinic negligence.

Sonya found her calling early in life, driven by her nurturing family in Granbury, Texas. Growing up surrounded by her six beloved dogs, each with a unique personality, Sonya developed a passion for animal care.

Amelia has grown up in the veterinary industry since both of her parents are veterinarians. Her long term goals include going to veterinary school. When not in school she spends time assisting the technicians and helping in kennel.

Gary found his way to us through owner surrender, facing recurrent health challenges with resilience and charm. He quickly became our resident "couch surfer," a title he wears proudly as he ensures no couch blows away with him on it.

Murder Mittens came to Acton Animal Hospital from Happy Kats cat rescue in 2023. She had a severe eye infection that eventually necessitated the removal of her eye. Despite her initial health challenges, Murder Mittens quickly endeared herself to everyone at the clinic.
