Gary found his way to us through owner surrender, facing recurrent health challenges with resilience and charm. He quickly became our resident "couch surfer," a title he wears proudly as he ensures no couch blows away with him on it.

Letty brightens our clinic with her infectious joy and boundless energy. Adopted by our beloved employee Jenn through Friends For Animals in Granbury, Letty arrived at just the right time to bring smiles and laughter to everyone around her.

Murder Mittens, the resilient clinic cat, entered our lives earlier this year through a partnership with Happy Kats rescue. Her journey to us began with an unfortunate eye infection that eventually necessitated the removal of her eye.

Courtnee grew up in Brock, Texas, with her four siblings and her parents. She has always had a love of animals, especially growing up with so many in the house. She always wanted every animal to be her friend and always seemed to have wild animals trust her.

Megan grew up in Lipan, Texas, and came to work at Acton Animal Hospital 2 years ago. Megan’s love of working in the veterinary field stemmed from working on a farm with her family. Megan told us of the moment that really solidified her desire to work with animals.

Emilee grew up and still lives in Stephenville, Texas with her sister, parents, aunt, 2 nephews, and grandparents. She came to the practice in October 2018 as a kennel technician and quickly moved into the role of a room technician within a matter of months.

Heather (AKA Beegee) grew up right here in Granbury with her parents and her sister. She had been at the Morgan Street Animal Hospital for seven years before the doctor purchased the clinic, and we are so glad she decided to stay with the clinic when we bought it.

Katie, a Veterinary Technician Assistant at Acton Animal Hospital, embarked on her journey in animal care during high school, where she discovered her passion through FFA and veterinary practicum courses.

Sonya Abner, a compassionate veterinary assistant, found her calling early in life, driven by her nurturing family in Granbury, Texas, particularly her supportive mother.
