The Tailwaggers Puppy Wellness Membership includes the examinations, vaccinations, and preventive services recommended during puppyhood. It can also be adjusted with optional services based on your puppy’s age, lifestyle, breed, health, and your family’s needs.

Puppies need more than one examination or a single set of vaccines. Their preventive care is completed through a series of visits that allow our veterinary team to monitor growth, build vaccine protection, identify concerns early, and help your family navigate the first year.
Developmental examinations allow us to monitor your puppy’s weight, growth, teeth, joints, nutrition, behavior, and overall development.
A complete puppy vaccination series helps build protection against serious infectious diseases during a vulnerable stage of life.
Monthly payments make it easier to provide the recommended care your puppy needs throughout the year.
Puppy Wellness Foundation
The Puppy Wellness Membership includes the core preventive services recommended during your puppy’s first year.
Your puppy will receive developmental examinations throughout the initial puppy visit series.
These visits allow our veterinarians to monitor growth, weight, nutrition, teeth, joints, behavior, parasite risks, and overall development while answering the questions that naturally come with raising a puppy.
The plan includes two additional examinations that can be used as needed during the membership year.
These visits may be helpful when a new concern develops or when your puppy needs to be examined outside of the scheduled developmental visit series. Diagnostic tests, treatment, and medications are separate unless specifically included in the plan.
The puppy plan includes the recommended Distemper/Parvo combination vaccine series for the year.
This combination vaccine helps protect against several serious infectious diseases, including canine distemper and parvovirus. Because young puppies still have changing levels of maternal antibodies, the vaccine must be given as a series rather than as a single dose.
The membership includes the initial Leptospirosis vaccination series recommended during puppyhood.
Leptospirosis is a bacterial disease that can affect the kidneys and liver. Dogs may be exposed through contaminated soil, standing water, or urine from infected wildlife and other animals.
The plan includes the recommended Bordetella vaccinations for the membership year.
Bordetella vaccination helps protect against one of the common causes of infectious respiratory disease. It is especially important for puppies that may visit grooming facilities, training classes, boarding facilities, dog parks, or other environments where dogs gather.
Your puppy’s first-year rabies vaccination is included when recommended based on age.
Rabies is a fatal viral disease that can affect both animals and people. Vaccination protects your puppy and helps meet local legal requirements.
Nail trims are included as part of the Puppy Wellness Membership.
Introducing nail care early helps keep nails comfortable and gives puppies positive experience with handling during an important developmental stage.
Customize the Membership
The puppy plan can be adjusted by adding the services that fit your puppy and your family. Available options are reviewed with you before enrollment.
Spay or neuter surgery may be added to the Puppy Wellness Membership.
The procedure option includes:
Additional fees may apply for females that are in heat or pregnant, cryptorchid males, retained deciduous teeth, or dogs weighing more than 65 pounds.
A permanent identification microchip and registration may be added to the plan. A microchip can help reunite you with your dog if they become lost and are taken to a veterinary hospital or animal shelter.
A medical recovery shirt may be added for use after surgery. It provides a comfortable barrier that helps protect the surgical site during recovery.
The initial canine influenza vaccination series may be added for puppies with increased exposure to other dogs, including those attending boarding, daycare, grooming, training, shows, or other social activities.
Flexible by Design
Not every puppy needs exactly the same services. An active puppy attending daycare may benefit from different protection than a puppy with limited exposure to other dogs.
Our team will help you select the included foundation and optional services that best fit your puppy’s age, breed, lifestyle, health, and anticipated activities.

Puppy care involves several visits and services during a relatively short period of time. Tailwaggers Wellness Club spreads the cost of the selected services across monthly payments according to the terms of your membership.
That makes it easier to keep your puppy’s care on schedule without paying for the entire year of preventive services at one visit.

Begin with your puppy’s preventive-care foundation and add appropriate options based on your veterinarian’s recommendations and your family’s preferences.
The goal is to provide the care your puppy needs without placing your family into a rigid package that does not fit.
Yes. The included foundation provides the recommended Distemper/Parvo series, initial Leptospirosis series, Bordetella vaccination for the year, and first-year rabies vaccination.
The membership includes two additional examinations that may be used as needed. Diagnostic testing, treatment, medications, and other services associated with an illness are separate unless specifically included.
Spay or neuter surgery is an available plan option. Our team can review the procedure and help you decide whether to add it to your puppy’s membership.
